L'INTERVALLE will ship the products ordered to the address indicated in the order confirmation. L'INTERVALLE is not responsible for incorrectly input information. Please be sure to confirm that the address is correct and all information is included prior to confirming the order. This includes details such as apartment numbers, P.O boxes, and street numbers.

Due to a high volume of orders we ship out daily, we work to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order has been finalized, we cannot guarantee any modifications can be made. You are more than welcome to return your order in accordance with our exchange and return policy once it has been delivered.

All orders made from within Canada will be shipped with Canada Post.

All orders made from the U.S or International locations will be shipped with UPS.

L'INTERVALLE is not responsible for any customs and duties charges that may need to be applied on US, or International orders. With this in mind, you may be required to pay customs and duties fees separately, based on your country of residence.

Any package that is refused and returned to sender will have shipping and any additional duties deducted from the refund.

Confirmation emails are sent automatically upon purchase. Emails containing tracking information are only sent one an order has been processed and shipped. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update upon receiving it. Please verify spam/junk folders.

Please note, it may be possible that products are sent in multiple shipments, based on our inventory availability. Each tracking number will be sent to you via email once it has shipped.

Parcels may have been left in a location that the courier deemed as safe, which can include, but is not limited to:

  • A community mailbox
  • With a building concierge
  • Local post office
  • Behind or around outdoor furniture
  • Around the home

If the parcel still cannot be located, please get in contact with the courier as soon as possible, as they may be able to provide you with details as to where the package was delivered to.

If you are unable to get in touch with the courier, please let us know and we will contact them on your behalf.

A parcel is returned to sender if there is insufficient address information, or if the courier has made multiple attempts to deliver the package and was ultimately unsuccessful. Our customer service team will reach out to you once the item has reached our warehouse.

If within 10 days we have not received a response, we will assume the customer does not want the order re-shipped and we will issue a gift card.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact the courier as soon as possible, as they may be able to provide you with additional information.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the order to process. Once the order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up your order.

All clients picking up online orders must come prepared with their confirmation email and a valid photo ID. The ID must match the name that the order was placed under.
