EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

IN STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in store, can be returned or exchanged in store only.

Our exchange and refund policy is applicable for purchases that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be within 10 days of date of in-store purchase
  • Merchandise must be unworn and intact
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging
  • Customer must provide original receipt

Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing. 

Full priced items

At L'Intervalle, we appreciate and value our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds on all full priced items only. Your refund will be credited back to your original tender.

Sale, promotional and discounted items

Sale, promotional and discounted items are non-refundable

We will happily exchange them. This exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value.

No refunds or gift cards will be issued for sale, promotional and discounted items.

Handbags

All handbags purchased in stores are final sale. No refund or gift card can be issued.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online purchases are eligible for return or exchange either in store or by mail.

Our exchange and returns policy is applicable for online purchases that meet the following criteria:

    • Must be within 10 days of delivery date (please refer to the tracking number of your order).
    • Merchandise must be unworn and intact.
    • Merchandise must be in original packaging.
    • Customer must provide original receipt.

Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the exchange turns out to be for a different model, an electronic gift card will be issued and emailed to the client within 2-5 business days after the return arrives at Head Office.

Please note that while we are happy to refund unwanted regular priced merchandise, the shipping fees are at your expense. 

 Handbags

All handbags purchased online are exchangeable only.

 

DEFECTS POLICY

We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects up to 30 days after the day of purchase upon validation.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Price adjustments may be applied on full-priced unworn merchandise in it’s original packaging and with a valid receipt within 10 days of the purchase.

All adjustments will be credited back to your original tender.

Not applicable on sale, promotional or discounted items.

 

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Canada : 

Returns and exchanges can be processed at any of our store locations. Should you wish to process the return or exchange by mail, please go by the following instructions.

Step 1: Send us an email at info@lintervalle.ca to receive return authorization (RMA) from our team. In this email, please include your order number.

If it's for an exchange, please specify which item you'd like to exchange for

Step 2: Fill out the return form that was included in your package, indicating whether you wish to exchange or refund your item(s).

Step 3: Attach the cut-out to the outside of your package clearly indicating your RMA number. Any package received without an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
