EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Exchange and Return Policy

Our exchange and refund policy is applicable for purchases that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be within 14 days of delivery date or date of purchase for in-store purchases
  • Merchandise must be unworn and in-tact
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging

RETURNS

At L'Intervalle, we appreciate and value our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds on all full priced items.

Sale and promotional items are non-refundable. In the event of an unwanted sale or promotional item we will happily exchange them or offer an online credit, but no refunds will be granted.

If a transaction was made using an online credit, you will get the return in the form of an online credit. 

Handbags

All handbags purchased in-store are final sale. If a handbag is purchased online, it is exchangeable but non-refundable. 

Shipping

Please note that while we are happy to refund unwanted regular priced merchandise, the shipping fees are at your expense. 

**Please note that all online credits cannot be applied in-store**

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted on any regular, sale or promotional items. 

If the item is a sale item, it must be exchanged for another item of equal value or more. 

If you do not wish to exchange the item and if it is a sale or promotional item, then we are happy to offer you an online credit for a future purchase. 

Shipping

For any exchange, we only cover the shipping fees for the new item to be sent to back to you. In terms of the return shipping fees, that remains at your expense.

We ship out your desired item once we have received the returned item from you. 

    Canada

    Returns and exchanges can be processed at any of our store locations. Should you wish to process the return or exchange by mail, please go by the following instructions.

    Step 1: Send us an email at info@lintervalle.ca to receive return authorization (RMA) from our team. In this email, please include your order number.

    If it's for an exchange, please specify which item you'd like to exchange for

    Step 2: Fill out the return form that was included in your package, indicating whether you wish to exchange or refund your item(s).

    Step 3: Attach the cut-out to the outside of your package clearly indicating your RMA number. Any package received without an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

    Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

    For returns, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Please note that while we are happy to exchange or refund unwanted merchandise, the shipping fees are at your expense. However, in the event of an exchange, we cover the shipping fee to have your desired pair sent back to you.

     

     

    USA

    Price Adjustment Policy

    Price adjustments can be requested with 7 days of purchase on full priced items only.

    Please note that price adjustments are not applicable on purchases that already have a different promotion applied to it.
