Exchange & Return Policy

We offer refunds on full-priced items only.

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-refundable to your original method of payment.

In order to be accepted back, an item must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original box.

If your item fails to meet these conditions, your item will not be accepted back. 

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online purchases can be returned online or at one of our stores.

Any items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and will be sent back to you.

Please note that any return shipping or necessary labels will be at the customer's expense

RETURN BY MAIL

Regular priced items can be returned to our facilities for a refund to your original method of payment, or a size exchange.

All sale, discounted, or promotional items will be issued a virtual gift card in return. We do not offer exchanges for sale, discounted or promotional items.

Please note that we do not cover costs to have items shipped back to us.

Therefore, there is a $12.00 fee to return your item by mail. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the item (applicable to Canadian customers only).

Items being sent back must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original box. 

Any items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense.

RETURN IN STORE

Items purchased online can also be returned or exchanged in-store.

Regular priced items can be returned in store for a refund to your original method of payment.

Sale, discount or promotional items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to visit a store to bring your item back.

All items being brought back in store must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original box.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Please note that an exchanged item in store is final sale.

IN STORE PURCHASES

All in-store purchases or transactions must be returned or transacted in-store.

You have 10 days from the date of in-store purchase to return or exchange an item.

Regular priced items purchased in store can be returned for a refund to your original method of payment or exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All customers must present their original receipt in order to proceed with their desired transaction.

All items being brought back in store must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original box.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Please note that we do not issue store credits for in-store purchases.

HOLIDAY GIFT POLICY

We will gladly accept back any holiday gift purchases made as of December 1, 2023, until January 7, 2024. Holiday gifts, purchased at regular price or on sale, can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value at one of our boutiques, or sent back to our facilities for a virtual gift card.

In order to be accepted back, the item must remain unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original box.
If the item’s condition does not respect these stipulations, it will not be accepted back.

We will not be processing in-store returns or exchanges from November 23 to November 27, nor December 26, 2023. 

How to complete your return:
Return to store:

If you live in proximity to one of our boutiques, you are welcome to visit your closest boutique where you can exchange your item for a better size, or another item of equal or greater value. No in-store returns or exchanges will be treated from November 23 to November 27, nor December 26, 2023.

All handbags are non-refundable to your original method of payment.

Handbags bought online can be exchanged for a virtual gift card.

Handbags purchased in-store can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

US / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that we do not cover the shipping fees for US and international returns.

Please note, international and US returns must contact our customer service at info@lintervalle.ca.

DEFECTS POLICY

We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects up to 30 days after the day of purchase upon validation.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Price adjustments may be applied on full-priced unworn merchandise in its original packaging and with a valid receipt within 10 days of the purchase.

All adjustments will be credited back to your original method of payment.

This does not apply to items on sale, promotional or discounted items.
Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
