Exchange & Returns Policy

Our exchange and refund policy is applicable for purchases that meet the following criteria:

  • Must be within 10 days of delivery date or date of purchase for in-store purchases
  • Merchandise must be unworn and intact
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging
  • Customer must provide original receipt

RETURNS

At L'Intervalle, we appreciate and value our customers. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds on all full priced items only. Your refund will be credited back to your original tender. 

Sale, promotional, Last Chance and discounted items are non-refundable.

We will happily exchange them.

Refunds will not be granted.

Proof of purchase is required for refunds and exchanges. 

No refunds on worn merchandise.

Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing. 

Items in the Last Chance section are final sale - No refunds, exchanges or store credits.

We guarantee all products against manufactures defects up to 30 days after the day of purchase upon validation.

Handbags

All handbags purchased in-store are final sale.

If a handbag is purchased online, it is exchangeable but non-refundable. 

Shipping

Please note that while we are happy to refund unwanted regular priced merchandise, the shipping fees are at your expense. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted on any regular, sale, discounted or promotional items. 

No exchanges on worn merchandise. 

If the item is on sale, discounted or on promotion it must be exchanged for another item of equal value or more. 

Shipping

L'intervalle do not cover shipping fees to have shoes returned to us.

Desired item will be shipped out once we have received your returned item.

    Canada

    Returns and exchanges can be processed at any of our store locations. Should you wish to process the return or exchange by mail, please go by the following instructions.

    Step 1: Send us an email at info@lintervalle.ca to receive return authorization (RMA) from our team. In this email, please include your order number.

    If it's for an exchange, please specify which item you'd like to exchange for

    Step 2: Fill out the return form that was included in your package, indicating whether you wish to exchange or refund your item(s).

    Step 3: Attach the cut-out to the outside of your package clearly indicating your RMA number. Any package received without an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

    Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

    For returns, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Please note that while we are happy to exchange or refund unwanted merchandise, the shipping fees are at your expense. However, in the event of an exchange, we cover the shipping fee to have your desired pair sent back to you.

    Price Adjustment Policy

    Price adjustments may be applied on full-priced unworn merchandise in it’s original packaging and with a valid receipt within 10 days of the purchase.

    All adjustments will be credited back to your original tender.

    Not applicable on sale, promotional or discounted items.
